JL969 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JL969 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the JL969 website, mobile application, and any related services.

Accessing the platform — whether you browse as a guest or register as a member — constitutes acceptance of these Terms. • Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

• All bets and game results are final once a round or event is settled. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or game session.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, JL969 will review the session log and resolve the issue fairly. Any bets affected by confirmed technical errors will be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. JL969 follows standard industry rules for settling outcomes in basketball (PBA/NBA), volleyball, boxing, football, esports, and other covered sports.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are displayed at the time of placing a bet or starting a game session.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting bots, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

JL969 uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Your account is further protected by OTP verification for sensitive actions and biometric login support on compatible devices.

You agree not to use the platform in any way that could compromise its security or the experience of other players, including:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, JL969 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and you voluntarily request account closure, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. JL969's total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
